IBERDROLA Ingeniería y Construcción has participated in the PowerGen 2010 Fair, held this year in Amsterdam, between 7-10 June, which gathered the main agents in the world's power generation sector. Our Company participated in this important event with a stand that incorporated the most avant-garde details in terms of design and decoration, unanimously acknowledged by the participants. The stand simulated a large photovoltaic panel, suspended 6 metres above ground.

IBERDROLA Ingeniería, together with IBERDROLA GENERACIÓN, has participated in the Annual Conference held by the European Nuclear Society in Barcelona between 31 May and 2 June. At this significant international event, which gathered some 800 experts from 30 countries, discussions were held on the future of nuclear energy. Our Company participated in the Spanish Nuclear Industry stand arranged by FORO NUCLEAR, together with other Spanish companies of the nuclear sector.

This month, three companies of the IBERDROLA Group (the parent company IBERDROLA, IBERDROLA Renovables and IBERDROLA Ingeniería) participated in the Employment Forum arranged by Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV). All three companies were represented by their Corporate Resources managements.

IBERDROLA INGENIERÍA, along with 19 Spanish companies and 25 research centres, is heading a consortium which will develop the world's largest RDI project into marine renewable energy. The Ocean Lider initiative boasts a budget of €30 million.
